Joseph has been providing professional pet sitting services since 2016, bringing over 20 years of experience in marketing, corporate training, human resources, healthcare administration, and finance. He is a graduate of Longview High School (Class of 87) and holds a BBA from the University of North Texas and an MBA from the University of Miami, along with certifications in Professional Pet Sitting and PetSaver (CPR/First Aid) from Pet Sitters International and PetTech, respectively. He is also a Fear Free Certified Professional ensuring that he knows the best methods to make your pets feel safe and secure. Though Joseph has all the listed certifications, we also encourage our team members to obtain these certifications so that everyone has the same training.
Juliet joined the company at the end of 2022, leaving her 28-year career in corporate human resources to take an active ownership role in Longview Pet Sitting. With years of volunteer experience working with animals through the Humane Society and other organizations, Juliet is passionate about providing top-notch care to all pets. When she’s not working for Longview Pet Sitting, Juliet runs her own company, Just Let Juliet, LLC, a personal concierge and professional organizer service.
The Biancas’ pet care philosophy is rooted in the idea that pets are family. As pet owners themselves, they hold themselves to the highest standards of care and strive to provide the same level of love and attention to their furry companions. This strategy serves as the cornerstone of the concierge pet service model that Longview Pet Sitting, LLC proudly offers to the greater Longview area.
Longview Pet Sitting's Philosophy
Our owner, Joseph, possesses all of the following certifications, and our team is training to obtain them as well: COVID-19 PSI Certified Pet Sitters, insured, bonded, and PSI Certified Professional Pet Sitters. They have also completed the Certified PetTech PetSaver (CPR/First Aid) course, ensuring they are prepared to handle any emergency situation that may arise while providing pet care services. We are proud members of Pet Sitters International (PSI) and the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS), ensuring that we stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices. We are also members of the Longview Chamber of Commerce, reflecting our commitment to excellent customer service. Joseph also has the FEAR FREE certification ensuring he knows how to make your pets comfortable and at ease. We encourage all our team members to obtain these certifications as well.
By doing so, we hope to set an example for others to get involved in their local communities and make a difference in the lives of animals.
